Hired as first Director of Marketing at Canopy Holdings.
My task was to build a world-class, data-driven, performance-minded marketing department from the ground up. Responsible for running all marketing operations for Canopy Roof & Solar (Denver), AGR Roofing & Construction (Omaha), and Midwest Roof & Solar (Minneapolis).
In my time, I was able to increase Paid Search (PPC) leads volume by 471% and lower Cost Per Lead by 86%. Average daily website visitors increased by 75% and organic traffic to Google My Business listings increased 45%.
Lifecycle Marketing Lead @ SLING TV
2019-2021
Initially, I was recruited as Sling TV's first and only marketer focused solely on winning back former millions of subscribers by driving marketing and product improvements. Subsequently, I was promoted to take full ownership of all pricing and promotions for new, former, and active customers.
Successes include growing profit by more than doubling former subscribers as a percentage of monthly gross adds (monthly subscriptions). I also performed pricing strategy, which sparked revenue growth and led to 27% gains in reacquisition in just 1 day.
Also notable, I launched an innovative holiday promotion for one of the best activation weeks ever with $12.5M in incremental net enterprise value. In another instance using data analytics, I convinced DISH leaders to take action in content partner negotiations which instantly reversed weeks of heavy subscriber losses.

2017 -2019
In 2017, I was hired to join a "Special Operations" team of innovative creative digital marketers at a data-driven agency. This involved driving sales, marketing, and recruiting campaigns for B2B/B2C clients mainly in heavy machinery, construction, and agriculture industries. In addition to this, I coached and mentored new marketers.
My contributions included running innovative campaigns for key Fortune 500 clients such as Exxon, Shell, Chevron, Mack, and John Deere. I developed and managed digital campaigns including lead generation, pay per click, SEM, social media, and display digital advertising.
Furthermore, I delivered monthly ad spend of 46% under budget in order to maximize profits. Consequently, I garnered praise from clients for ad impressions, ad clicks, video views, and conversions (lead capture).

2013-2015
During this time, I advanced to provide strategic leadership; serving as the public face of the "Men's Campaign" - a major annual fundraising effort. This involved driving a multi-pronged marketing plan that reached thousands of donors. I was also charged with engaging, educating, and cultivating donors during one-on-one meetings.
My contributions included revamping a fundraising event - which achieved record-setting donations and attendance levels. As well, I recruited and oversaw 110 volunteers (table captains) for the event who then each recruited 10+ friends to join their table.
